Install 'Downloader'
From your Fire TV Home Screen, scroll to Find and select Search. Type "Downloader". Select the app with the orange icon and click Download or Get.

Enable Developer Options
Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options. Turn ON Install unknown apps for Downloader.
(Note: If hidden, go to About > Fire TV Stick and click the name 7 times rapidly to unlock Dev Mode).

Download Mint App
Open the Downloader app. In the URL bar box, enter this exact shortcode to auto-download the APK:

Install & Login
Click 'Go' and wait for the file to download. Click Install when prompted. Once finished, click Open. Log in using the Username and Password sent to your email.
Troubleshooting
App Not Installing?
Ensure you have at least 500MB of free space. Uninstall unused apps and restart the Firestick.
Downloader Error?
If you see "Forbidden", ensure "ADB Debugging" is ON in Developer Options.
Samsung & LG Smart TV
No extra hardware needed. Uses your TV's built-in app store.

Open App Store
On your TV remote, press the Home button. Navigate to the Content Store (on LG) or Apps (on Samsung).

Search Player
Use the search function to find one of our recommended players: "IPTV Smarters Pro", "IBO Player", or "Flix IPTV".

Get Device Key
Install and open the app. You will see a Device ID and Key (Mac Address) displayed on the screen. Write these down.

Upload Playlist
Go to the app's website (e.g., iboplayer.com) on your phone/PC. Enter your Device Key and the M3U URL from your Mint IPTV welcome email. Restart the TV app.
Troubleshooting
Can't find the app?
Change your TV region settings to USA or UK if the apps are not appearing in your local store.
Buffering on TV?
Smart TVs have weak WiFi cards. Try using a LAN (Ethernet) cable for stability.

Prepare Device
Go to Settings > Security. Enable "Install from Unknown Sources" for your browser (Chrome).

Download App
Open your browser and enter the direct download link for our premium APK:

Install
Once the download is complete, tap the file in your notifications or Downloads folder. Click Install.

Login
Launch the Mint IPTV app from your app drawer. Enter the Username and Password sent to your email.
Troubleshooting
Parse Error?
This means the download was incomplete. Delete the file and download again.

App Store
Open the Apple App Store on your device and search for "Smarters Player Lite" or "GSE Smart IPTV".

Get the app (it's free). Launch it once installed.

Select API Login
Open the app. Select "Login with Xtream Codes API". Do NOT select "Load your playlist or file".

Enter Details
Enter any name (e.g., Mint). Enter the Username, Password, and the Server URL (http://...) provided in your email.

MAG Box Setup

Find MAC Address
Look at the sticker on the bottom of your MAG box or go to Settings > System Info to find your MAC address (starts with 00:1A:79). Send this to us.

System Settings
Go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.

Enter Portal
In "Portal 1 Name", enter "Mint". In "Portal 1 URL", enter the Mag Portal URL provided in your email.

Reboot
Save settings and click "Restart Portal" or reboot your device by unplugging it. The yellow bar should load.

Install TiviMate
On Android TV, install TiviMate IPTV Player from the Google Play Store. On Firestick it must be sideloaded — open Downloader and enter the official site address:

Add Playlist
Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist. Select Xtream Codes — not "M3U playlist". This is what gives you the TV guide, catch-up and the Movies & Series library.

Enter Details
Type the Server URL, Username and Password from your welcome email, then press Next. Name the playlist "Mint IPTV" and confirm.

Let It Sync
TiviMate downloads channels first, then the EPG separately. Leave it for 2–3 minutes — interrupting the sync leaves you with a half-empty TV guide.
Troubleshooting
TV Guide Empty?
Go to Settings > EPG and press "Update now". If it stays blank, re-add the playlist using Xtream Codes instead of an M3U link.
Missing From Home Screen?
Fire TV hides sideloaded apps. Open Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications, or install a free Sideload Launcher.
Premium Not Working?
The licence is tied to the Google account that bought it. Sign in with that same account. Premium is sold by TiviMate, not by Mint IPTV.

Download The App
Get the official IPTV Smarters desktop installer for Windows. Only download from the official site:

Install It
Run the .exe file. If Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" box, click More info then Run anyway — this SmartScreen notice appears for any new installer.

Login
Choose Login with Xtream Codes API. Paste the Username, Password and Server URL from your welcome email, then click Add User.

Or Use VLC
Prefer not to install anything new? Open VLC, press Ctrl + N and paste your M3U URL. Note that VLC gives no TV guide and no Movies or Series sections.
Troubleshooting
Black Screen, Sound Only?
Switch the decoder under Settings > Player and update your graphics driver. Old Intel drivers are the usual cause.
Choppy On A Laptop?
Set the Windows power plan to High performance. On Balanced, the CPU throttles and drops frames during 4K playback.
Is There A Mac Version?
There is no reliable native Mac app. On macOS use the browser web player instead — it works well in Safari and Chrome.

Find The IP
On the receiver go to Menu > Setup > System > Network > Device Setup and note the IP address, usually something like 192.168.1.45.

Connect via SSH
Open PuTTY on Windows (or Terminal on Mac/Linux), enter the IP with port 22, and log in as root. Most images have no password — just press Enter.

Run The Script
Paste the one-line install command from your welcome email (right-click pastes in PuTTY) and press Enter. It writes your bouquets automatically.

Reload Bouquets
Go to Menu > Standby/Restart > Restart GUI. When the interface returns, press the Bouquet button and open the new Mint IPTV bouquet.
Troubleshooting
"Connection Refused"?
SSH is off, or the IP is wrong. Enable the SSH/Dropbear service under Menu > Setup > Network Services and re-check the address.
Bouquet Loads, No Picture?
The line is not active yet, or the credentials inside the bouquet are wrong. Contact support to regenerate it.
Gone After A Flash?
Flashing a new image wipes /etc/enigma2/. Simply run the install command again once the box has rebooted.
Common Questions
How long does activation take?
Activation is instant. You will receive your login details via email immediately after payment.
Can I use one account on multiple devices?
Yes, but not simultaneously unless you purchase extra connections or the Family Plan. Standard plans come with 1 connection.
Do I need a VPN?
Mint IPTV is location-free, but some ISPs throttle streaming traffic. If you experience buffering, a VPN is recommended.
