IPTV Reseller Panel Guide

Welcome to your Mint IPTV Reseller Dashboard! This comprehensive guide will walk you through navigating your panel, creating new users, and managing existing IPTV subscriptions effectively.

1. The Main Menu

Once you log into your IPTV Reseller Page, you will see the main navigation menu at the top of your screen. The primary tabs are:

  • Dashboard: Your main overview, sales statistics, and online connections.
  • Lines: Where you manage all your customer connections and devices.
  • Logs: Track activity, connection history, and troubleshoot issues.

2. Connection Types

Hovering over the Lines tab reveals a menu with three specific setups:

User Lines (Most Common)
Creates Xtreme Codes (username/password). Works on apps like IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV, IBO Player.
MAG & Enigma Devices
Use these exclusively for setting up physical MAG Box hardware or Linux-based Enigma 2 devices using a MAC address.

3. How to Create a New Customer (Add Line)

If you want to create a standard username and password for a customer using an app, follow these precise steps:

  1. Hover your arrow over the Lines tab in the top navigation bar.
  2. Hover over User Lines in the drop-down. A side-menu will appear pointing to the right.
  3. Click on Add Line.
  4. Fill in the Details:
    • Username & Password: Enter custom credentials, or leave the boxes blank to auto-generate secure ones.
    • Package: Click the drop-down menu and select the required subscription (e.g., 1 Month + 1 connection).
    • Optional Fields: "Contact Email" and "Reseller Notes" can be left blank unless tracking CRM data.
  5. Click the Next button (or click the 'Review Purchase' tab at the top).
  6. Select Channels (Bouquets): By default, all channel packages are selected. Uncheck any countries or VOD categories the customer does not want.
  7. Scroll down to the bottom and click Purchase to finalize.
Pro Tip: Auto-generation

Leaving the username and password fields blank is highly recommended. The system will generate highly secure, hard-to-guess credentials automatically to prevent hijacking.

4. Generate a Free Trial

To give a potential customer a test run before they buy:

  1. Hover over Lines > User Lines.
  2. Click on Generate Trial Line.
  3. Select the Trial Package from the dropdown menu.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to generate standard 36H Trial credentials.
  5. Copy these details and send them to your lead.

5. Renew or Upgrade

When an existing user's subscription expires or needs upgrading:

  1. Hover over Lines > User Lines.
  2. Click on Manage Lines.
  3. Use the Search Bar to find the customer's username.
  4. Click on their profile in the search results.
  5. Select the New Package (e.g., another 3 months).
  6. Click Next and complete the purchase.
